Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the TOGO website and ordering service, run by TOGO ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You can reach us at togoom@hotmail.com or +968 7699 7683.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old. Ordering is available to customers with an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

3. Our service

TOGO sells coffee, food, and related products for pickup. You order through the site, choose a branch, and collect your order from that branch by car. We prepare and sell our own products.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the menu in Omani Rial and may differ by branch. Payment is made on collection, in store, by cash or card. We do not take payment online and do not store card details.

6. Cancelling and refunds

Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Cancellation and Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Collection

Collect your order at the branch pickup point during its opening hours. Orders are prepared close to pickup time for freshness. If you are significantly delayed, contact the branch. If you do not collect a prepared order within a reasonable time and cannot be reached, the branch may stop holding it.

8. Allergies

If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, check with the branch before ordering. Products are prepared in a shared space, and we cannot guarantee any item is free of a specific allergen unless the law requires it.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the service, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close access for misuse.

10. Our content

The TOGO name, logo, menu content, images, and site design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

11. Our responsibility

We provide the products you buy to a reasonable standard. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site is the current one. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the competent courts of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting your rights under Omani consumer protection law.
