Ordering

How do I order?

Sign in to your account, pick your branch, build your order, add your car details, and submit. The branch starts preparing it.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Ordering is available to customers with an account.

Do I order through WhatsApp?

No. Orders are placed on the website. The WhatsApp number is for general questions only.

Can I customise my drink?

Yes, where options are available, such as milk, size, and syrups.

Can I change my order after submitting?

You can cancel from the order screen in your account before the branch starts preparing it. After that, contact the branch as soon as possible.

Pickup

Why do you ask for my car details?

Car colour, type, plate number, and plate country let the team spot your car and bring your order out.

Do I need to go inside?

No. Pull up at the branch pickup point and we bring it to you.

What if I am running late?

Orders are made close to pickup for freshness. If you are badly delayed, contact the branch.

What if I cannot find the pickup point?

Each branch page shows a pickup note and a map. If you are stuck, call the branch.

Payment

How do I pay?

At the window on collection, by cash or card.

Can I pay online?

Not for now. Payment is taken in store.

Do you store my card details?

No. We do not handle card payments online, so there is nothing to store.

Account

How do I delete my account or data?

Branches & menu

How do I find my nearest branch?

Use the Locations page. Each branch shows its menu, hours, and pickup point.

Why is a branch showing as closed?

Branches only take orders during opening hours. A closed branch cannot accept orders.

Can I buy beans to brew at home?

Yes. We sell our beans in 250g bags, including TOGO Blend and single origins.

Problems with an order

An item was wrong or missing.

Tell the team at the window when you collect so they can fix it on the spot.

I have an allergy.

Check with the branch before ordering. Items are made in a shared space, so we cannot guarantee any item is free of a specific allergen.
