Cancellation & Refunds

The basics

Because payment is taken in store on collection, most orders are not paid for in advance, which keeps cancellation simple.

Cancelling before preparation starts

You can cancel at no cost from the order screen in your account, up until the branch accepts your order and starts preparing it.

After preparation has started

Once the branch has begun preparing your order, it may not be possible to cancel, since items are made fresh for you. If you no longer want an order you have not collected, contact the branch as soon as you can.

If you do not collect

If you do not collect a prepared order within a reasonable time and we cannot reach you, the branch may stop holding it. Since the order was not paid for online, there is normally nothing to refund.

Wrong, missing, or unsatisfactory items

Check your order at the window when you collect. If an item is wrong, missing, or not right, tell the team straight away so they can correct it or remake it on the spot.

Refunds

If you have already paid in store and you are due a refund, the branch will refund you at the counter: cash orders in cash, card orders reversed to the same card.

Your legal rights

Nothing here removes the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
